All rentals are subject to terms & conditions on the Hire Agreement. Rates, conditions, & specifications are subject to change without notice.
Operates 8am to 5pm 7 days per week. ( Closed Feb—March as it is the Wet Season ).
- All vessels above 6hp must be controlled by the holder of a current, valid, Australian Boat drivers license.
- Operate the vessel in daylight hours only. ( sunrise to sunset ).
- AREAS OF OPERATION 6 mtr Centre Cab is 15 nm from shore or partially smooth limits.Other boats are licensed to 2 nm or less which may include smooth waters only.
PLEASE CONTACT US FOR SPECIFIC OPERATING AREAS & CONDITIONS.
- The 140hp Centre Cab vessel is not to operate when the sea state exceeds 1.2 mtr, smaller boats 0.8 mtr, & the wind exceeds15 knots. The hirer must not operate the vessel in poor weather or sea conditions or where such conditions are imminent.
- WEATHER FORCAST MONITORING IS THE RESPONSIBILTY OF THE HIRER TO ENSURE SAFETY OF PERSONS ON BOARD THE VESSEL.
- The skippers of 140hp—6mtr Centre Cabin boats need to have held a license for more than 3 years, & is experienced in open waters & signs a declaration at time of hiring.
- The hirer will NOT allow any other person to control the vessel unless listed on the hire form.
- The hirers will abide with all Marine Authority, & Environmental Legislation.
- The hirer must pay penalty notices if issued by officials during period of hire.
- The hirer will NOT operate the vessel while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- The hirer is responsible for the cost of re-fuelling the vessel.
- We require full payment for hire, & a fuel & security bond at the start of hire period.
- We accept payment by cash & credit card, ( Visa & MasterCard )
THESE CONDITIONS (ABOVE) ARE IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE STANDARD CONDITIONS ON THE CONTRACT OF HIRE.
